The Palais Bourbon is where the French National Assembly has their meetings. The palace was originally built for The Sun King Louis XIV, and is designed by the Italian architect Giardini.

In the Palais Bourbon you find the French National Assembly with it's 577 members. The members serve for a time period of 5 years. The French National Assembly is the lower chamber of the French Parliament. The upper chamber is the French Senate (le Sénat) which is seated in the Luxembourg Palace.

Palais Bourbon is located above the square Place de la Concorde on the left side of the river Seine.
